That means equipment-access routes, gas and plumbing rough-ins, and structural pool-deck footings are coordinated in Pre-Production, before excavation starts, alongside whatever else is happening in your backyard, whether that’s a pavilion, an outdoor kitchen, or a full outdoor living build.
Because we are a full design-build team, not a pool subcontractor, we can integrate the pool with the rest of the project under one schedule and one contract, rather than you coordinating a pool company, a pavilion builder, and a landscaper separately. It’s a genuine differentiator: few pool contractors can honestly make the same claim.

- How long does pool construction take?
- Most pool projects run a few months from Project Discovery through Client Care, depending on scope and whether the pool is part of a larger outdoor living build. You’ll get a project-specific schedule once Pre-Production locks the design and permits.
- Do I need permits for a new pool in Tampa?
- Yes. Pools require permits covering structural, electrical, and plumbing work. We manage the entire permitting process in-house as part of Pre-Production.
