Before
Lucaya Bay started as a well-built home that no longer matched the owners’ lifestyle. The finishes were dated, and key spaces like the kitchen, bath, and outdoor areas lacked the function and flow of a modern luxury home.
The Challenge
“We want a luxury upgrade — but don’t want to rebuild the house.”
The challenge was fitting a high-end wish list into the home’s existing footprint. That meant reworking flow, concealing AV and speaker systems, and designing smart features like a hidden pantry and AV control room — all while updating every surface inside and out.

We leaned into clean lines, natural textures, and subtle contrast throughout the home.
Key design features included:
- A sleek kitchen with hidden pantry
- Spa-style master bath with steam shower + sauna
- Hidden AV room and over 30 in-wall speakers
- A modern pool and cabana with a covered outdoor kitchen
The Build
We gutted the interior to the studs, demoed the original pool, and rebuilt every major living zone.
Every corner of the home was touched — from flow to finishes.
